Ningbo Charmti Trade Co., Ltd. is a sporting goods company in Ningbo, China. We are a comprehensive enterprise with production and trade capabilities. According to the demand of our clients, we produce balls of different qualities, from promotional balls used for brand promotion to specialized balls used in competitions and training. As a professional ball manufacturer, we are committed to providing our clients with superior-quality products at the best prices and shorter delivery times.
Till now, we have 2 production factories with diverse manufacturing processes such as vulcanization, lamination, and machine stitching. The product range covers standard sports balls such as soccer balls, basketballs, volleyballs, American footballs, tennis balls, as well as recreational balls like playground balls, dodgeballs, dart footballs, pet toy balls, etc. We have also developed a new popular series, the luminous ball, which features a button battery design and is suitable for playing at night.
Unlike most ball manufacturers, the entire ball-making process is completed in our factory. Our factory has a complete production line from bladder manufacturing to finished balls, which helps us improve our price competitiveness and delivery schedule control. One of our factories is located in Anhui, which has the most semi-automatic equipment with 151 workers. The production area is 23500 square meters, the warehouse area is 2000 square meters, and the annual production capacity can reach 7 million pieces.
Our factory can pass the BSCI and SEDEX audit standards. Our product quality consistently meets the testing standards of the United States and European Union countries, including the US CPSIA regulation, the ASTM F963-17 toy safety standard, the EU toy safety directive EN 71, the RoHS directive on electrical and electronic equipment, and the REACH regulation on chemicals.
Our main markets are North America, Europe, South America, and Africa, and we are currently expanding to Australia and Asian countries. We provide customized solutions to our clients through ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manufacturing services.
